Add the event basics and divisions

Name your event, pick its format and level, set dates and choose divisions.

Basics and Divisions filled in

Fill in Basics

  1. Event name: for example "Spartan Duals Invitational."
  2. Format: Individual tournament, Dual tournament, Team tournament or Hybrid (individual + dual).
  3. Program level: opens after you pick a format. For example Youth, Middle school, High school, College or Open.
  4. Governing body: opens after you pick a level. For high school the choices are NFHS, USA Wrestling (USAW), AAU Wrestling and National Prep Wrestling.
  5. Start date: required. "Required to save. Used for the calendar entry."
  6. End date: for a multi-day event. For one day, use the start date.

Choose divisions

The Divisions section appears once you pick a program level. For high school: Boys Varsity, Boys Junior Varsity, Girls Varsity, Girls Junior Varsity and Custom.

  1. Click each division you're running.
  2. To take one off, click the × next to it.
