Fill in the details

  1. Additional flyer details: short notes printed on the flyer, such as "No coolers · Bronze card required."

    • To save typing, select Insert from Event Statements. Search with Search statements… or browse by category, then click a statement to add it. Each one goes on its own line. Select Hide Event Statements to close the list.

  2. Contact: Contact Name, Email and Phone Number for families to reach.

  3. External registration: paste your sign-up link (for example a TrackWrestling page or an online form) into External registration URL. Paste the whole link as it is.
  4. Internal planning notes: notes just for your staff, such as staffing or mats needed. These are not printed on the flyer.
