Athletes need a Wrestling Journal seat on your team to join Team Journals through a roster invite.
Check an athlete's invite
- Open My Team, then Roster.
- Look at the WJ invite column:
- Invite sent: the athlete got an invite.
- No WJ license: your team has no Wrestling Journal seat for them, so no invite went out.
- Invite failed: try again later.
Get more seats
The team's subscription includes Wrestling Journal access for their team (60 licenses) on Premium and Super program licenses. Wrestling Journal seats are added to your team by the Your Team Manager team, not on a settings page. Ask them if athletes show No WJ license.
