Open Team Journals, then Participants. The page is for managing journal participants (invite by code or email, approve join requests, and see sharing status).
Share the invite code
- Find your code under Invite code.
- Give it to your athletes. They type it in the Wrestling Journal app to join your team.
Select Regenerate code to make a new code. The old one stops working.
Invite by email
- Under Invite by email, type one or more email addresses, separated by commas.
- Select Send invites.
Sent invites show under Email invites.
Approve join requests
- Look under Pending.
- Select Approve or Decline for each athlete.
Manage athletes who joined
Under Active, each athlete shows their Journal as Shared or Private.
- Select Edit to change their grad year or weight, then Save.
- Select Remove to take them off Team Journals.
