On Roster, select an athlete's name to open their profile.
The top of the page
- Their photo. Select Add photo or Change photo, or Remove.
- A badge: Active wrestler or Inactive wrestler.
- Their email, phone and join date. If the email came from the athlete's Wrestling Journal account, it says (Team Journals) after it.
- Buttons: Edit, Shared journal (when the athlete shares their journal), Assign staff role and Move to alumni.
The tabs
- Overview: Basic information (name, email, grade, groups, phone, gender, graduation year, weight class), Weight management, and Notes.
- OWC: the athlete's weight calculator.
- Check-ins: every check-in, with when, event, weight and source.
- Recruiting: shown when the athlete came from recruiting.
- Wrestle-offs: wrestle-off sessions and head-to-head matches.
- Evaluations: their Total score and how it adds up.
OWC, Wrestle-offs and Evaluations show only for active wrestlers. Turn this on with Active wrestler (shows OWC and competition tabs) in Edit.
Edit details
- Select Edit.
- Change what you need.
- Select Save, or Cancel.
Notes about this athlete
The Notes box lists every Team Note written about this athlete. To add one, open Team Notes, choose the Individual type and pick this athlete. Select Open Team Notes to go there.
Make an athlete a coach
- Select Assign staff role.
- Fill in Email, pick a Role (Coach or Assistant) and add a Phone if you like.
- Select Assign role.
If an account already exists for that email, they're linked right away. Otherwise an invite is sent.
